Alagang Pangkalusugan para sa mga Gobyernong Manggagawa! The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), in its continuous effort to provide services to the UP Manila community, will partner with United Laboratories Incorporated (UNILAB) Philippines to conduct the "UNILAB Caravan: Alaga sa Manggagawa under the Bayanihan sa Kalusugan Program of UNILABand the HRDO Caravan Series: Government Services Access Express initiative."The caravan is scheduled on August 5-7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 8/F, Social Hall, UP-PGH Building.

The following services and products offered in the UNILAB Caravan are free of charge.

Medical Intervention Offers:
- Physical exam
- Blood pressure (BP) screening
- Fasting blood sugar (FBS) screening
- Cholesterol screening
- Uric acid screening
- Hemoglobin screening
- MD consultation

Patient Education Offers:
- Basic disease information (diabetes, hypertension, nutrition, dyslipidemia)
- Sampling and interactive activities
- Patient compliance program

NOTE: Free medicine will be given based on the screening/test results and the MD consultation. Participants may also be given a starter dose medicine if they present their existing prescription, subject to the availability of these medications.

To better facilitate this caravan, the HRDO encourages interested UP Manila Faculty, Administrative Staff, and REPS, including the Job Order (JO), Contract of Service (COS) and Project-based personnel to accomplish the registration form through the link below:
