The Human Resource Development Office (HRDO),
in its unwavering pursuit to provide services to UP Manila employees,
is planning to offer the LTO Caravan, in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) NCR.
The LTO Caravan will offer the following services:
- Free Theoretical Driving Course (100 slots only)
- Student Permit Application (with fee)
- License Renewal (with fee)
- License Renewal with Revision (with fee)
For eligibility to renew, the license must NOT be expired for more than two (2) years or is 60 days prior to expiration.

For eligibility to renew, the license must NOT be expired for more than two (2) years or is 60 days prior to expiration.
The estimated period of expiry eligible for renewal will be licenses that will expire from September to October 2025,
depending on the final date of the LTO Caravan.
The event is tentatively scheduled in November 2025.

who would like to avail of this service,
the HRDO would like to request interested Faculty, Administrative Staff, and REPS
to accomplish this survey form.

The Caravan may also be opened for dependents and immediate family members that are 16 years old and above, once the HRDO has acquired the number of registrations from UP Manila employees and slots remain available.
The survey form will officially close on June 20, 2025, Friday, at 5:00 pm.
NOTE: The conduct of the LTO Caravan is still subject to the availability of logistical support
